Happy 2011, my lovelies.

Thursday, January 6th, 2011

Where in the world did 2010 go?  And where in the world have I been?  I would tell you but, you’d be here all day.  And let’s be honest, none of us really have all day… unless it’s for other things like eating chocolate, shopping, twittering and/or facebook-ing. :P

Thank you all for being so patient with me.  2010 was such an amazing year; I can’t only hope 2011 is equally as fruitful.

Anyway, I’ve been busy guys!  If you haven’t noticed, missphom photography is in the process of getting a new facelift and name change.  I’m still shooting weddings and portrait sessions, just under a new business name – pomvee photography

Until that site is up and running, please email with all inquiries here:

Portrait sessions start at $300, wedding coverage at $2400.

Shelby + Blake… married | Palatka, FL

Wednesday, December 30th, 2009

Shelby and Blake’s ceremony took place at beautiful Ravine Gardens State Park in Palatka, FL back in November.  Not only was the weather perfect, their big day unfolded in a serene and gracious kind of way.

Poor Shelby… she was planning a wedding, planning her graduation and planning a move all within the same months.  More woman than me, that’s all I have to say about that one.

Good luck to the both of you.  Your wedding was BEAUTIFUL and such a pleasure to be a part of.  :)

A tender moment between father and the bride before the wedding….

Tamara + Anthony…married!

Tuesday, December 15th, 2009

This is not about me… or my never-ending excuses of why I’ve neglected my blog.  I suck, period.  :P

But Tamara… she is a beautiful.  Inside and out.  And she is dear to my heart.

The purity of her soul won me over at our initial meet and greet.  And I knew I would have a lifelong friend in her.  Anthony better treat her right or he’ll have to deal with me.  And trust me, we don’t want this… *pumps fist*  :P

Love you guys to pieces.  And pieces.  And pieces.

Here is how her big day unfolded… (at the Jaguars Stadium).

Oh… BIG, BIG thanks to Michelle for joining me at this wedding.  And for capturing some insanely incredible images!

Lananh + Troy…engaged!

Monday, November 30th, 2009

In case you missed it, Lananh and Troy are engaged.  Lananh is Trong‘s sister.  Trong is my honey.  And Troy… he’s her fiance.  Yeap, in that order.

Remember that old saying?  Couples who laugh together…

…stay together… FOREVER.  And EVER.  And EVER.  :P

Doubt these two will have any problems with that….

Whenever we get together, we always have such an amazing time.  We also couldn’t have asked for more perfect weather, even during Thanksgiving weekend.  I heart you FL.

L+T: I love the both of you dearly.  Thanks so much for allowing me to be a part of the beginning of the rest of your lives.  :)

Thought I’d end this entry with an awesome photo of my boots during that session.  I’m still thanking my lucky stars I didn’t have flip flips on….

Carmen + Mike…engaged!

Wednesday, November 11th, 2009

For a good time, call Carmen and Mike… hehe, kidding but not.  Shoot, whether I’m just strolling downtown or hanging out with fabulous couples, I’m always up for a good time.

These two were a blast to be around and so much fun to photograph.  Not only that but aren’t they just too flippin’ gorgeous?

See?  Gorgeous.
